Please take notice that in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq. and provided Executive Order no. 103, issued by Governor Murphy on March 9, 2020 declaring a State of Emergency and a public Health Emergency in the State of New Jersey, and Governor Murphy's Executive Order no. 107 are still in effect that restricts public gatherings and directs residents of New Jersey to stay at home. Please be advised that the Zoning Board of Adjustment public meeting is scheduled for WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2020 in the HARRINGTON PARK BOROUGH HALL, 85 HARRIOT AVENUE, HARRINGTON PARK, NEW JERSEY beginning at 7:00 p.m. 

Please take further notice that the meeting will take place via Zoom conference. As recommended by the Division of Local Government Services, Local Operational Guidance-COVID-19. Instructions to access the Remote Meeting and procedures for commenting are as follows:

Please be advised that the following applications will be heard at the Harrington Park Board of Adjustment meeting at 7:00pm on September 23, 2020, at the Borough Hall, 85 Harriot Avenue, Harrington Park, NJ via remote meeting:

Stephen Martinez, 55 William Street (Block 906, Lot 10), Harrington Park, New Jersey, seeks a side yard variance for a 3 foot deficiency for a standby generator.  As per Harrington Park Zoning Code Section 350-10 R-2 District, a 15 foot side yard setback is required.

Giuseppe Mellampe, 102 Highland Avenue (Block 1015, Lot 3), Harrington Park, New Jersey, seeks a variance for a 6 foot fence.  As per Harrington Park Zoning code 350-42(B) No fence erected shall exceed 5 feet in height above the normal grade level, except that between the building and the front property line no fence, with the exception of retaining walls, over 3 feet high above the normal grade level shall be erected.

Giuseppe and Josephine Deserio, 42 Maryann Lane (Block 305, Lot 1), Harrington Park, New Jersey, seeks a variance for a 6 foot fence within the front yard setback.  As per Harrington Park Zoning code 350-42(B) No fence erected shall exceed 5 feet in height above the normal grade level, except that between the building and the front property line no fence, with the exception of retaining walls, over 3 feet high above the normal grade level shall be erected.

The applicants may also request any additional approvals, variances, waivers, exceptions or any other relief, which may be deemed necessary upon review of the application by the Zoning Board of Adjustment.

**The Library Board meetings at held at the Harrington Park Public Library-Herring Street (Borough Hall Parking Lot Entrance)

Court is held at 4pm -any changes and questions related to Court shall be addressed by the Court Administrator only-Tel:  201-768-0500
